While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic nams as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

Israeli Occupation Forces storm Al-Shifa Hospital, searches its basement, amid gunfire

November 15, 2023, GAZA, (PIC) +-

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed at dawn Wednesday Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City after besieging it, bombing its premises for days and killing patients and displaced civilians inside and outside it.

Head of the hospital’s burns unit A'hmed Mukhalalati told Al-Jazeera satellite channel that Israeli tanks and bulldozers entered the campus of the medical complex.

Eyewitnesses inside the hospital also reported that Israeli forces and their armored vehicles stormed the western area of the medical complex and blew up doors and walls of the departments there.

The eyewitnesses added that dozens of Israeli soldiers broke into the emergency department building of the hospital, amid presence of several tanks and armored vehicles in the main courtyard of the facility.

Mu'hammed Zaqqout, director general of the Gaza hospitals, told Al Jazeera that he talked over the phone at dawn (5:30 a.m.) with the deputy health minister, who is with the patients and medical crews at Al-Shifa Hospital, after Israeli forces stormed the facility, especially the surgical and emergency department.

Zaqqout said that he learned that the Israeli forces embarked on carrying our searches in the hospital’s basement where there are several displaced civilians.

He accused the Israeli occupation army of making lies and fabrications about Al-Shifa Medical Complex and the rest of the Gaza hospitals, calling for forming an international commission to visit the hospital and expose the Israeli false claims about it.

“The occupation army thought that the entry of its soldiers into the Shifa Complex would be a victory for it, but it did not find any evidence about the presence of resistance fighters inside it,” he said.

He pointed out that the health ministry agreed three days ago on a proposal calling for evacuating the patients and displaced civilians to hospitals and a school in the south of Gaza aboard Egyptian ambulances and through any other means, but this proposal was not responded to.

He affirmed that the Israeli army opened fire at anyone who left the hospital through the passage that it had claimed to be “safe” for those who wanted to leave.

Meanwhile, the health ministry in Gaza expressed its fears that the patients, displaced civilians and medical staff (about 9,000 people) at the hospital could be exposed to a massacre at the hands of Israeli soldiers.

Eyewitnesses reported hearing sounds of gunfire in the hospital’s courtyard.

Spokesman for the health ministry Ashraf Al-Qudra denounced the Israeli occupation forces for opening fire inside Al-Shifa Medical Complex.

Al-Qudra said that the Israeli shootings inside the medical facility were unjustified because there was not any form of resistance there. “What the Israeli occupation is doing at the hospital constitutes terrorism for doctors and patients.”

He affirmed that there are 1,500 medical personnel and about 7,000 patients and displaced civilians inside the medical complex.

For his part, director of the Government Media Office in Gaza Ismail al-Thawabta accused international organizations and the Red Cross of ignoring appeals for saving the wounded and patients At Al-Shifa Hospital.

“We hold the occupation, the international community and the US fully responsible for the safety of thousands of medical personnel, the wounded and displaced civilians, and we warn against any intent to commit a massacre at Al-Shifa Hospital,” Thawabta said.

Israeli occupation forces storm Gaza's Shifa hospital

GAZA, Wednesday, November 15, 2023 (WAFA) -

Israeli occupation forces Wednesday dawn stormed the Al-Shifa Medical Complex, west of Gaza City, after besieging it for the sixth day in a row.

WAFA correspondent, who was besieged inside the Shifa Complex, said that occupation tanks stormed the courtyard of the Shifa Medical Complex from the western side, amid heavy gunfire, as snipers were deployed around the complex.

He pointed out that the occupation forces stormed the new surgical and emergency buildings, where patients and medical staff were present.

He added that the occupation soldiers were searching the buildings inside the complex, in addition to the sections, amid heavy gunfire inside them.

At dawn today, the occupation forces informed the medical staff at Al-Shifa Complex of their intention to storm the complex, which contains thousands of medical staff, wounded, and displaced people.

WAFA correspondent, who was trapped inside the complex, said that the medical staff informed the International Committee of the Red Cross and called on it to take urgent action to ensure that no one in the complex, which houses thousands of displaced people, gets harmed.

Palestinian Health Minister says Israel, international community responsible for Palestinian lives in Gaza's Shifa hospital

RAMALLAH, Wednesday, November 15, 2023 (WAFA) -

Palestinian Minister of Health Mai Al-Kaila said that the Israeli occupation and the international community bear responsibility for the lives of patients, medical staff, and displaced persons in Al-Shifa Medical Complex, warning of a massacre that may be committed inside it.

Minister Al-Kaila indicated that the timid move, as well as the complete silence of some countries, encouraged the Israeli occupation to storm the medical complex, in flagrant violation of international law.

Al-Kaila said that the occupation forces' storming of the Al-Shifa Medical Complex was a “crime against humanity.”

She explained that the storming was part of a series of crimes committed against the complex itself, as a strict siege was imposed on it several days ago, during which more than five buildings inside were bombed, as shells were fired at the wounded, displaced people, and medical teams present there.

Minister Al-Kaila added that thousands of patients, displaced people, and medical personnel currently don't know what may be coming to them.

She stressed that the new Israeli crime comes after the occupation army committed massacres against hospitals, medical staff, and ambulances, which left more than 700 dead and wounded.

The Israeli occupation army killed 198 doctors, nurses, and paramedics, targeted 55 ambulances, and put 25 hospitals out of service since the beginning of the aggression against the Gaza Strip.

The health minister discussed with the International Committee of the Red Cross and the World Health Organization the situation in the Al-Shifa Complex, stressing the need for effective and rapid action to rescue patients, medical staff and displaced people, secure them, and neutralize them from any military movements, in accordance with what is stipulated in international agreements and international humanitarian law, and international human rights law.

'There is nowhere safe for Gaza’s one million children to turn,' says Executive Director of UNICEF

RAMALLAH, Wednesday, November 15, 2023 (WAFA) -

UNICEF Executive Director Catherine Russell Tuesday issued a statement on her visit to the Gaza Strip, noting that: "inside the Strip, there is nowhere safe for Gaza’s one million children to turn."

“Today I visited the Gaza Strip to meet with children, their families and UNICEF staff. What I saw and heard was devastating. They have endured repeated bombardment, loss and displacement. Inside the Strip, there is nowhere safe for Gaza’s one million children to turn," Russell said in the statement.

“The parties to the conflict are committing grave violations against children; these include killing, maiming, abductions, attacks on schools and hospitals, and the denial of humanitarian access – all of which UNICEF condemns," she added.

Euro-Med: Israel turns Shifa Complex in Gaza into detention center

November 15, 2023, GENEVA, (PIC) +-

The Israeli occupation forces stormed in large numbers the Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City and turned it into military barracks and a detention center, where patients, displaced persons, and healthcare professionals are subjected to different forms of abuse, Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor said in a statement on Wednesday.

Euro-Med Monitor expressed fears of killings and executions as its team documented sporadic gunfire in the hospital since the early minutes of the raid, stressing that the Al-Shifa Complex did not witness any gunfire other than from the Israeli forces.

The Geneva-based organization highlighted that the Israeli army is the only party controlling the scene inside the Al-Shifa Medical Complex, amid a total media blackout. No third party or international organization was permitted to be present inside, which raises doubts about any Israeli narrative that would be released later.

Euro-Med Monitor further pointed out that the Israeli allegations about the use of the Al-Shifa Medical Complex for military purposes do not require extended hours of searching and raiding. Therefore, there are concerns that the army might be creating the scene that might be released later.

The Israeli army has deliberately exaggerated over the past few days the goal of storming the Al-Shifa Complex, portraying it as a military achievement, and inciting its soldiers against the medical facility.

Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor called on the Israeli army to withdraw from the Al-Shifa Complex immediately, and fulfill its obligations under the law of armed conflicts, which requires parties to an armed conflict to ensure the protection of relief and health personnel and medical facilities, and not to restrict their work in any way.

Gaza: Dozens buried in “mass grave” in besieged Shifa Hospital

November 14, 2023, GAZA, (PIC) +-

Employees at Al-Shifa hospital are working on burying approximately 150 bodies of Palestinian civilians in a mass grave at the besieged complex, the Gaza ministry of health said on Tuesday.

The efforts come as Israeli sniper fire and bombings continue in the hospital’s courtyards and passages and around its buildings.

“We have repeatedly warned against hospitals becoming mass graves and morgues,” the ministry’s director general, Muneer Al-Barsh, said in a statement.

A spokesperson for the ministry separately said it would take them “six hours of continuous work” to bury all the dead, and added that the death toll is likely to increase due to the hospital’s failure to provide proper medical care for the wounded and patients.

“Shells are still falling on Al-Shifa Medical Complex, and everyone inside is surrounded by certain death,” the spokesperson said.

No ambulances have been able to reach the complex since Friday, according to officials from the hospital and the health ministry in Gaza.

After days of heavy airstrikes around Gaza City’s Al-Shifa Hospital, witnesses said tanks and armored vehicles were positioned only a few meters from the besieged facility.

“We were forced to bury them in a mass grave,” Al-Shifa hospital director Mu'hammed Abu Salmiyah said, adding that seven premature newborns and 29 intensive care patients were among those buried after the hospital’s fuel supplies used to run generators ran out.

Killing and Injuring of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces

Heavy destruction after 15 hours of Israeli aggression on Tulkarm city and its refugee camp

TULKARM, Tuesday, November 14, 2023 (WAFA) -

The Israeli aggression today against Tulkarm city and its refugee camp, in the north of the West Bank, caused enormous destruction to the streets, infrastructure, and property.

After 15 continuous hours of aggression by the Israeli occupation forces, people rushed to inspect what had happened in the camp. They were shocked by the extent of destruction caused intentionally to the streets, water, electricity and sewage lines, homes, and private and public commercial facilities.

Dozens of vehicles were run over and destroyed by the army’s bulldozers and armored vehicles.

Monuments and memorials were also destroyed, including the Yasir Arafat monument.

During the aggression, seven young men were killed by army bullets, including three killed by a missile fired from a drone, while 18 others were injured, four of them were described as critical.

At the same time, the occupation forces kidnapped wounded people from an ambulance after intercepting and searching it and targeted the courtyard of Thabit Thabit Government Hospital with tear gas bombs.

Israeli Forces Kill Seven Palestinians In Tulkarm, One In Hebron

 IMEMC, NOV 14, 2023

Three young men were killed by a missile fired by the Israeli occupation forces from a drone Tuesday before dawn, bringing the number of Palestinians killed in the West Bank late Monday night and Tuesday to eight. Israel has now killed 180 Palestinians and injured 2700 in the West Bank since October 7th.  More than 11320, including 4650 children and 3145 women. Among the dead are at least 578 seniors and 198 medical workers, including Doctors, nurses, and medics, in addition to 22 Civil Defense workers and fifty-one journalists.

The slain Palestinians, killed by Israeli fire and missiles in Tulkarm late Monday and on Tuesday, have been identified as:

Waleed Museaey, 26. Ma'hmoud Ali 'Hadayda, 25. 'Hazim Mu'hammad 'Hosary, 28. Mos’ab 'Omar A'hmed Al-Ghoul, 21. Jihad Khalid Ghanim, 25. Sa’eed Sulayman Yousuf Abu Ta'houn, 32. 'Abdul-Ra'hman Ma'arik Jurban, 33.

The three killed by the drone missile in Tulkarm were identified as Sa’id Salman Yousuff Abu Ta'houn (32 years old), Jihad Khalid Moqbil Ghanim (25 years old), and Mos’ab 'Omar A'hmed Al-Ghoul (21 years old).

Earlier Tuesday morning, two young men were killed during the Israeli occupation forces’ storming of Tulkarm camp.

The Ministry of Health reported that the two young men, Ma'hmoud 'Ali 'Hadayda (25 years old) and 'Hazim Mu'hammed Al-'Hosari (28 years old), were both shot in the chest with direct hits fired by Israeli occupation soldiers during the Israeli invasion of Tulkarm.

During the ongoing aggression against Tulkarm refugee camp, four young men were injured by Israeli occupation sniper bullets deployed on the roofs of houses and buildings, while a group of young men were bombed while they were in the Al-Ghanim neighborhood in the camp with a missile from a drone, causing the death of three young men and the injury of three others.

The Israeli occupation forces initially prevented ambulances from entering the camp and intercepted them and obstructed their work by stopping them and carefully inspecting them before they were able to reach the wounded and transport them to the hospital.

The Israeli occupation forces abducted the injured Palestinian youth Mid'hat Abu 'Amsha from the ambulance while he was being transported to the hospital.

A bulldozer destroyed The Schools Street at the entrance to the camp, and destroyed its infrastructure, while the Israeli occupation forces stormed several citizens’ homes in the area and climbed onto their roofs, firing bullets at everything moving.

The Israeli occupation bulldozer also destroyed part of Al-Quds Open University Street in the city, which is near the camp.

The Israeli occupation forces besieged Tulkarm camp by deploying their mobile patrols at all its entrances, in addition to the neighborhoods of Tulkarm city leading to the camp, specifically Nablus Street, Al-Maslakh Street, the eastern and northern neighborhoods, Al-Muqata’a Street, Al-Quds Open University Street, Shweika and Ektaba roundabouts, and the outskirts of the Thanaba suburb adjacent to the camp .

Israeli armored bulldozers damaged dozens of Palestinian cars, in addition to many cars that were burnt in the refugee camp and the adjacent Nablus Street.

The invading armored bulldozers and vehicles also caused damage to destruction to several shops, in addition to damage caused by missiles fired from armed military drones.

The army also fired a barrage of gas bombs at homes and buildings, and at the Thabit Thabit governmental hospital, causing dozens of Palestinians, including patients, to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.

This is the second incursion into the camp within a week, which witnessed the assassination of four young men by special forces, the wounding of six citizens, and the destruction of the infrastructure of its streets and alleys.

The national and Islamic forces in Tulkarm mourned the five killed and announced a comprehensive strike tomorrow, Tuesday, for all aspects of life, “to mourn the souls of the martyrs and to denounce the crimes and massacres of the occupation.”

The death toll in Tulkarm Governorate’s martyrs since the start of the Israeli aggression on the seventh of last October rises to 30 Palestinians killed.

In related news, a young Palestinian man, Yamen Kamil 'Ateeq, from Jenin city’s Eastern Neighborhood, in the northern West Bank, has succumbed to serious wounds he suffered after Israeli soldiers shot him after the army invaded Jenin on October 29.

On Tuesday morning, a young man died of wounds sustained earlier the same night when he was shot by the Israeli occupation forces, near the town of Bait 'Einoun, northeast of Hebron in the occupied West Bank’s southern part.

Last night, the occupation forces shot the young man, Mu'hammed Abdul-Majeed Halayqa (20 years old), from the town of Shiyookh, while he was near the entrance to the town of Bait Einoun.

Israeli forces alleged that the young man had a knife. After shooting him multiple times, they left him bleeding on the ground and refused ambulances trying to reach him. The soldiers instead let him bleed to death on the ground. The alleged knife was never found.

These nightly invasions of Palestinian towns and villages happen every night since the second intifada (Palestinian uprising) against the Israeli military occupation of their land began in 2000 – prior to that, there were raids by Israeli forces, but they were less frequent.

Israel now has killed 180 Palestinians and injured 2700 in the West Bank since October 7th, the number of in the Tulkarm governorate alone is now thirty.

On Tuesday evening, the Palestinian Health Ministry said the number of Palestinians, killing by Israeli missiles ad shells since October 7, in the ongoing Israeli offensive in Gaza, is now more than 11320, including 4650 children and 3145 women. Among the dead are at least 578 seniors, and 198 medical workers, including Doctors, nurses, and medics, in addition to 22 Civil Defense workers and fifty-one journalists.

There are at least 3600 missing Palestinians, including 1755 children, who remain buried under the rubble of bombarded homes and buildings, while the constant Israeli bombing, the lack of fuel and equipment, and the massive destruction in Gaza is making rescue efforts extremely difficult, and even impossible in areas that are subject to intensive Israeli bombing.

The number of wounded Palestinians in Gaza is more than 29000, more than %70 of them are women and children.
